Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is included with all Gaianyx orders shipped within the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. No minimum purchase is required.

Every Gaianyx garment is made to order. Production typically takes 1–6 business days before shipment. Once an order ships, delivery generally takes 5–15 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and local conditions.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees may remain the responsibility of the recipient unless those charges are collected during checkout.

As Gaianyx expands into additional markets, shipping availability and terms may vary by destination.

Made-to-Order Returns and Claims

Every Gaianyx garment is custom printed and made to order. Because we do not hold finished inventory, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, color preference, or incorrect size selection.

Please review the product images, available colors, and garment-specific size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect or printing error, or differs from the item ordered, contact us so we can review the issue and make it right.

• Claim Reporting: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible. Prompt reporting allows us to document the issue and seek the fastest resolution.
• Required Documentation: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the garment, defect or damage, packaging, and shipping label.
• Item Preservation: Do not wear, wash, alter, discard, or return the item while your claim is being reviewed. Keep the garment and original packaging available until instructions are provided.
• Approval Required: Claims are reviewed individually. Do not send an item to the return address shown on the package unless Gaianyx has authorized the return and provided instructions.

How to Submit a Claim

Email admin@gaianyx.net with:

1. Your order number.
2. A description of the problem.
3. Clear photos showing the defect, damage, printing error, or incorrect item.
4. Photos of the packaging and shipping label when the issue involves delivery damage.

We will review the information and contact you with the approved resolution or any additional documentation needed.

Refunds and Authorized Returns

Approved claims may be resolved through a refund or another appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.

If a physical return is required, Gaianyx will provide the correct return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, and other information required by the carrier.

Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to respond to the carrier, or failure to claim the package may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again. Packages marked delivered by the carrier may require the recipient to contact the carrier directly to investigate the delivery location.
